UPDATE on J.& S.

J. P.& S. Hoyt have just returned, Oct. 2005, from a 2 week's Tour of Turkey, with S.'s brother, S.& M.'s family, and visited S.'s Mom & Dad's, new beach home in Bodrum, Turkey.

For Nov. 2006 update, S. & J. are returning from Prague, Czech Republic; after J. was away from home on company projects around the U.S. and India.

Nov. 2008 Update, J. & S. have sold their condo home and are living in Pittsburgh in their Turn-Around renovated home for the time being. J. still working in New York City, S., working from home.

   I have enjoyed the Atlantic sea coast, and last worked as a Land Surveyor at Hilton Head Island, in 1998, and Searching my Families Ancestry. I also worked for the office furniture manufacturer, Steelcase, Inc. in Grand Rapids, Mi. for 16 years. Barbara works for a Company in Grand Rapids, MI and is an Executive Assistant. She has two children grown & has 5 Grand-children. She  & I live close to them in Grand Rapids, MI. She was born and partially raised in the South, in Macon, Ga., before her Mother, moved to Traverse City, Michigan in the early 1960's.

Jamuary 2023 Update   

I will be 76 years old this June, and have lived in many cities in Michigan, Wilmington, NC. & Savannah, Georgia, living in the Historical downtown area. My wife, Barbara, daughter of *Paul Rumble & Bessie Ivey. We now live in Holland, MI after Barbar's Retiredment from Spectrum Health, our 20 years spent previously at Little Lake Myers near Rockford, MI. We watch our children (15th Gen Hoyt & 19th Gen Stone), educate themselves, further their Careers and enjoy their Travels in U.S. and Internationally. All Three of my sons have Graduated from Universities. Older son, Jason, lives in Paris, France, has written one book (unpublished as yet, and has starting a 2nd book), and manages,Morgane's, a French Restaurant/Bistro in Brooklyn, between his Web Content Business "Eye Witness Media, Inc., and writing; and middle son, Josh, lives with his wife, Shan & dog Trimity in Pittsburgh, PA, and my 1st & 2nd grandchildren, Alessandra Defne Hoyt & Brooks Seckin Hoyt, will be turning 12 in April & Brooks 8 in Dec.. My last son, Justin, graduated from Seoul National University as post-grad studies, in S. Korea with a Master's Degree in 2012. He also received his Psychological Nursing Degree at Vanderbuilt University in Nashville, TN, and currently lives in Venetia, PA..

I live with my Beautiful Partner of 29 years, Mrs. Barbara (Rumble) Hoyt, we were married in Fall of 2000, and live with our Cats & Dog --Sienna & 2 Shih-Tzu's, "Hubby" in Feb. 2008, and Pumpkin in October 2008, We currently have one family dog, named "Hubby", bacame blind and can't hear last fall, as Pumpkin passed in Jun, 2021 in our Holland Condo. John myself retired in December 2021. I enjoy working on Fishing, and with Barbara's Family Grand-children & grandchildren who 2 live close-by and usually do something & do pick-up the children on a fee days and now they 2 youngest ones are envolved with sports through the year, at 13 & 11. High School Rockford Rams Sports with Ram Fans through the years continue. I and my twin brother, Don,passed in October 2016 in Florida, as we had our 60th Clinton High School Class Reunion in 2015. Wife. Barbara, has one new Gt-Grand child, Emy Joy Campbell, born in 2021 & 7 grandchildren, and now, 3 great-grandchild, Isabelle J. Beck, b. Aug. 2013, all from 2 children of her own, and oldest Joy married to Ken moved to KY, snd son, Rick,lives in Grad Haven, MI . Josh & Shan Hoyt's babies grow up together, watching and interacting with the 'new babies & the other kids' growing up with the new tech toys. Barbara's family children, all call me, "Papa John". I'm excited on being a Grandparent on the Hoyt side, and Barbara's side, of course.! :)

Working on the Family History has been very rewarding for nearly 50 years, off & on..

UPDATE 2019: I have returned to some work coming out of Disabled Retirement, since 1999. I am working as a Security and Access Control Officer at a College in Grand Rapids & at the Veterans Home about 26 hours per week. I enjoy the people I meet and most staff and students are friendly back in return. Learning new things to be occupied with new Responsibilities and also to have my own vehicle to drive lends me to get out more then being at home and lake. Barbara is getting ready for Retirement and we are thinking of moving closer to her little grand-girls, while relieving ourselves of home ownership and the time & costs in maintenance on a lakeside home property upkeep, etc..

UPDATE 2023: Barbara retired December 2021 being laid off from her work from COVID Pandemic. I retired UPDATE 2019rDecember 2021 fro y security job at Thomas Cooley Law School, as it was closing its door of Operation in Grand Rapids, mI and moving all others to Lansing, MI. I enjoy Hunting and Fishing in & Around West Micigan, and became a digital Warrior in the Maga Q Movement and seeing the Politcal War in the World change and others to AWAKEN from the , 1915Powrrs-At-Be that hve made humanity treated like cattle and kept us Captive and asleep, as our Constitution & Money scheems wer stolen in 1871 & 1915 & 1933. The Great Revival in 2023 with Martial Law and instituting a new Governement for the people from a Corporation into a Republic once again, with new Cures, New Patents Released & Disclosures & Reveals as so muchhas been hidden from Mankind.
